Why we started Comfortia Care
We started Comfortia Care in London because we believe everyone deserves care that feels like it comes from family: warm, reliable and respectful of the life you've built.
Whether it's an elderly parent who wants to stay at home, a child with additional needs, or an adult who wants more independence, we take the time to understand the person first and then build the support around them. We're based in London and arrange care and cleaning across England.

Careful recruitment
Every carer has verified references and a face-to-face interview before they meet you.

Ongoing training
All our staff hold the Care Certificate, plus specialist training in areas such as dementia, autism and moving and handling.

Regular reviews
We review every care plan regularly and whenever your needs change, and you can call us at any time.

On call 24 hours a day
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, and our on-call team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week if something changes or you're worried.
