Common questions
Can't find your answer? Get in touch and we'll help.
How much does care cost?
It depends on the type of care, how many hours you need and when. We don't publish fixed prices because every plan is different. Call or email us and we'll send a clear written quote after a free assessment.
Who pays for care?
Care can be paid for privately, through your local council (including direct payments), or through NHS Continuing Healthcare if you're eligible. We can explain the options and help you through the process.
Do you support children?
Yes. We support children and young people with disabilities, autism and other additional needs, working closely with parents and carers.
How quickly can care start?
Often within a few days of your assessment, depending on your needs and where you live. If you need care urgently, tell us when you call.
Will I see the same carers?
We aim to give you a small, consistent team so you get to know the people who visit you, and they get to know you.
